Opalina is an Italian apéritif from Ferrara, made with Abate Fetel pears (IGP) for perfume and soft sweetness. White tea and meadow herbs—thyme blossom, lemon verbena, a hint of sage—frame the fruit. Chilled, it pours pale gold with a softly opaline, silken texture.
